David Hohman
David Hohman practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, private company finance and technology licensing. He recently acted as primary attorney on a multimillion dollar leveraged stock sale of a privately-held manufacturing company. Prior to joining BRASHEAR LLP, David was a partner in a multi-state law firm of more than 300 attorneys.
A graduate of Stanford University and the University of Nebraska College of Law, David is a member of the Board of Trustees of Mount Michael Benedictine School. A YMCA youth athletics coach, he served as Co-Chair of the 2006 Omaha Performing Arts Society Broadway Ball.
