Kurth Brashear
Kurth Brashear primarily practices in the areas of nonprofit organizations, corporate and commercial law, representation of political subdivisions, and workouts and restructurings. In addition, Kurth has experience with real estate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of more than $5,000,000 in real property.
Kurth is a graduate of Valparaiso University and received his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1998. Kurth is a director of both Children's Scholarship Fund of Omaha and Concordia Foundation, Inc. He previously served as Chair of the Legislation Committee of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
