Mary Galligan
Mary Galligan has extensive experience with corporate formation and reorganization, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and liquidations and dissolutions, including assisting with the dissolution of multimillion dollar corporations in both Nebraska and California. Since becoming "of counsel," she has focused her practice on corporate formation and compliance.
A 2002 graduate of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce Leadership Omaha program, Mary is an active volunteer for St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
