Scott Daniel
Scott Daniel has more than 30 years of experience in the practice of law. His practice is presently devoted to civil litigation and arbitration. Prior to joining BRASHEAR LLP, Scott served as General Counsel for a national transportation corporation.
Scott's extensive litigation experience has involved complex business disputes, including contract claims, construction failure, copyright infringement, insurance, negligence, securities fraud, trade secret protection and transportation regulatory matters, as well as employment matters.
