The Firm

BRASHEAR LLP serves as general or special counsel to businesses and business people. We advise as to a spectrum of matters, including corporate governance and management; commercial transactions and contracts; insurance and liability; the prosecution and defense of litigation; distribution and transportation; and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. For lenders, lessors and other creditors, the Firm is involved in real estate lending, workouts and restructurings, and general financing matters, including litigation.

The Firm does insurance defense. In addition, we provide estate planning, real estate and other personal services to individuals. Finally, the Firm serves charitable, educational and religious organizations on a local, state and national basis, and represents local governments and political subdivisions.

In order to serve our clients, attorneys with the Firm are also admitted to practice in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Iowa, Missouri, South Dakota and Texas.
